Exactly two months after the last Imagine Dragons mega-concert, which we had the pleasure of covering, TV1 Broadcast Company will once again set up its Outside Broadcast Units at the National Stadium “Vasil Levski” for another unforgettable show, organised by one of the Bulgarian music icons – Vladimir Ampov-Grafa. The concert, scheduled for September 30, is being touted as the most important event in the singer’s life, and TV1 is proud to play a key role in making it happen.
The unexpected announcement of the concert on a small stage in front of the stadium’s main entrance was only the beginning of the musical spectacle to come. Social networks were flooded with the succinct announcement: “Dreams do come true! I am waiting for you at the Vasil Levski National Stadium on 30 September”.
As well as a spectacular musical journey through three decades of Grafa’s timeless work, the long-awaited concert will also feature a designer stage and exciting audio-visual effects, in keeping with the event’s green mission. This is not the first time that Vlady Ampov has combined his creativity and stage performances with messages to the audience. And this time, the generation’s favourite performer is calling for more sustainable and environmentally friendly habits, and has prepared “green” prizes for some of his fans. As well as promoting green ideas, Grafa’s concert will also be promoting another cause aimed at Bulgarian children. Five leva from every ticket sold will be donated to the Dimitar Berbatov Foundation.
